Waterfall or Agile / Devops as per your needs

We have experience with both Agile and Waterfall based project approach for development and implementation. Combinations also occur and we understand what works when and what doesn't. Supporting continuous development and improvements with Devops can also be supported. 

Waterfall

The advantage of Waterfall is that per phase: Analysis, Design, Realization, etc. determined deliverables are delivered so that it is contractually clear what the next phase will deliver; Fixed Scope of what will be delivered per phase; Design (process design / functional design / technical design) of the solution Multiple parties can work independently on part of the solution based on a design

Agile (Scrum / Kanban)

The advantage of Agile is that you can deliver something faster that the stakeholders can assess substantively, that there is room for progressive insight and change within budget; Fixed budget but what will be delivered is not fixed: the goal is a working solution; Architecture but not complete design required for the start, Definition of Done, determine which items must also be delivered as part of the Sprint.
