Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Microsoft's ERP and CRM cloud platform

Microsoft has acquired various ERP and CRM platforms and all acquisitions are now known under the name MIcrosoft Dynamics 365. When we talk about ERP we refer to the legacy Microsoft Dynamics Ax (Axapta) and Navision. Microsoft now has Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations available for Enterprise and international companies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for SMEs.
Cloud ERP can be combined with Microsoft Dynamics CRM which have different Apps such as Customer Service, Sales and Marketing as well as Project Operations and HR. Microsoft offers its Insights platform for Customer Insights among other things and makes AI available within the apps. Power BI reports and dashboards have also been developed that enable real-time BI for all Apps.
